I promise to promote and represent the Skilharvest program in a positive light whenever given the opportunity.

If at any point we find out any information provided is false the scholarship will be revoked.

By signing this form, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false information may result in disqualification from the scholarship.

By accepting this scholarship admission, I acknowledge that it was granted to me because I fulfilled all the stipulated criteria established by the awarding organization. Furthermore, I understand that the decision to grant or revoke the scholarship is at the sole discretion of the offering body.
